Karlovy Vary Spa (Karlsbad) is the best known and the largest spa in the Czech Republic. It was originated in around 1350 by The Roman Emperor and the Czech King Charles IV., 130 km from Prague.
The spa offers to its guests hot mineral springs. The largest of the springs called "Vridlo" gushes up from a depth of 3000 meters to a height of 12 meters, and the water has a temperature of 73° C.
