Cintia from UK 01/2009 I am currently organising a Road show for one of our English clients and we are looking into the possibility of hiring your conference venue for our client. The conference will take place in May - I am not sure of the exact date yet - and I will need a room that holds a capacity of around 50-100 delegates would require tea and coffe on arrival and a light hot lunch after the conference. The event will be a day event only. Would it possible to send me a per delegate price for this?
