 Cheryl from Canada: The Hotel Continental is a very clean, well organized, well staffed hotel. Everything you need at your fingertips or just a phone call away. Beautiful restaurants, one with a breakfast buffet and another open almost all day where you can order from a great menu. I will stress that everything is very clean. The hotel is conveniently located downtown. It takes only a 10 minute walk to be in the centre of town where you find all the wonderful shops. Also at the hotel there is no language barrier, as everyone working there speaks English and a few other languages. I give this hotel 5 stars plus. Everything is done with a smile. If you have a request, it is filled before you can turn around. They have an in house laundry service. We sent a frew things for cleaning and on the paper noted we didnot need them back until the next day. We went out for a few hours and when we returned it was already done and delivered to our room. Very friendly staff who all speak English and always greet you with a smile. You can have room service or go to the very nice restaurant, where there is great service. We originally booked only four days at this hotel and then we were going to stay with some family for the remaining time of our holiday, but, the hotel and the service was so great and friendly, we stayed at the hotel for all of our eight days. There is also parking for your car if you have one. Before going on this trip I researched all of the hotels and this one offers the most extras at the best price. I loved it. |

| David from United Kingdom: The hotel was excellent and made our short stay in Brno very enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly and almost all very fluent in English. The rooms were comfortable and the meals were really first class. The restaurant was well ventilated so that the lack of a no-smoking area (still normal in this country) was not a problem. The town centre was only 5 minutes away, and the Janacek museum, for those wishing to pay homage to the greatest Moravian composer, only two minutes in the other direction. |

| Bob from UK: Very good hotel, well based for the main part of own for bars and restaurats. 5 minutes walk to the top of Ceska for the trams and buses.
Excellent breakfast. Not to be considered for lunch or dinner.
Rooms a bit on the small side but overall good value for money. I would stay here again. |
