Domazlice - A city with a long history, with many historic buildings. We stayed here only for one night, butwe were surprised about the whole surrounding and the scenery.
Hotel Sokolsky Dum - It was a quiet and cosy hotel with good service in a nostalgic surrounding. It was cheap and I can offer it to other guests.
DiscoverCzech.com Service - The services were good, we had no wishes.

Domazlice - Domazlice was lovely and very historic for me as my family is from the region. It's ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful countryside. I wish we had rented bikes as I think the area is perfect for biking. The evenings were quiet - not much night action but you really get a sense of real Czech country life. For us, it was great and would be great for passing through or a short stay. Be prepared to speak German or use sign language as English skills in the area are sparse. Just what we wanted though.
Hotel Sokolsky Dum - If you're looking for a stay in a classic European hotel, Sokolsky dum is the right place for you. The hotel has the feel of a village inn and just oozes with the history of the region. Meals were very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was substantial enough to satisfy my husband and 18 year old son. I found the beds too firm but comfortable enough for our two night stay. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and I got excellent assistance from Mr. Smutny at Discover Czech!
DiscoverCzech.com Service - Thanks for your patience in making our arrangements and the good communication we had as we made our plans. It was wonderful!

Domazlice - Very nice, but weather prevented me from doing as much as I wanted to.
Hotel Sokolsky Dum - Very nice hotel, staff plesant, food excellent, rooms nice and good size. Location good, but with the lousy weather, had to use taxi more than I anticipated to get to train station.
DiscoverCzech.com Service - Excellent - will be back later this year.

Domazlice - A small town with interesting historical buildings. Beautiful surroundings (Bφhmerwald).
Hotel Sokolsky Dum - I΄m very satisfied with this hotel. The price and the service is o.k. Only a little problem: To open the door to the car park after midnight was not easy.
